Specializations
The department lists these as the TVL-ICT specializations. Each line is a TESDA NC, sometimes paired with a second certificate taught alongside it.
NC III · with Visual Graphics Design NC III
The animation major is already graduating students with certificates of completion in animation and, on the same cards, technical drafting. Visual Graphics Design NC III sits with it.
For students who want to draw, move pictures, and finish graphic work to a named standard.
NC III · Java & .NET Technology
Listed as Computer Programming (Java & .NET Technology NC III). Two stacks, one certificate level.
For students who want to write software on the two platforms the certificate names.
NC II · with Broadband Installation NC II
Hardware and systems work, paired with Broadband Installation (fixed wireless systems) NC II. The enroll poster names the broadband pair in full.
For students who want racks, cable, and a working network — not only a screen.
NC II · with Front Office Services NC II
Customer operations at NC II, taught with Front Office Services NC II. Class of 2026 completion cards already carry this major.
For students heading into service floors and front-of-house work.
Who it is for
The public enrollment call is aimed at incoming Grade 11 students. Public school completers are offered free tuition, a free school uniform, and free TESDA training.
